Connect Carta to automatically sync employee equity grants and keep cap tables up to date.
How it works
See both cash and equity compensation in one place. When you grant equity in Carta, it automatically shows in the employee record in Warp alongside salary and benefits.
When you onboard an employee in Warp, trigger equity grant workflows in Carta automatically. New hires receive their offer letter equity without manual coordination.
Cap table changes, vesting schedules, and option exercises sync from Carta to Warp. Your team sees up-to-date equity information without switching systems.
Configure
- 1.Go to Settings > Integrations in Warp
- 2.Select Carta and sign in as a company admin
- 3.Grant Warp permission to read equity data
- 4.Configure which equity details to sync to employee records
- 5.Set up automatic new hire equity grant workflows
- 6.Map employee records between Carta and Warp
