Streamlined onboarding

Initiate background checks directly from the Warp onboarding flow. Candidates receive the consent forms, complete the process, and results flow back to Warp automatically.

Real-time status tracking

See background check status directly in the employee record. Get notified when checks are complete, flagged for review, or require additional information.

Compliant by default

Checkr handles adverse action workflows, FCRA compliance, and ban-the-box requirements. You get fast results without the legal complexity.

Configure

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Integrations in Warp
  2. 2.Select Checkr and click "Connect"
  3. 3.Sign in to your Checkr account or create one
  4. 4.Choose which background check packages to enable
  5. 5.Configure which roles require background checks
  6. 6.Checks can now be initiated during employee onboarding
