Connect HiBob to automatically sync employee records, organizational changes, and compensation updates.
How it works
HiBob serves as your HR system of record while Warp handles payroll. The integration ensures both platforms have consistent employee information without manual updates.
When you approve a raise or bonus in HiBob, it automatically updates in Warp. Your next payroll run reflects the new compensation without manual entry.
Organizational changes like department transfers, manager assignments, and location updates flow from HiBob to Warp automatically, keeping payroll reporting accurate.
Configure
- 1.Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Warp
- 2.Select HiBob and authenticate with your admin credentials
- 3.Configure sync settings and field mappings
- 4.Choose which employee attributes to sync
- 5.Set up bidirectional sync for compensation and job changes
- 6.Test the connection and enable automatic syncing
