How it works
Eliminate manual data uploads
No more exporting CSV files or manually entering employee data into Human Interest. Warp syncs census data and contribution amounts automatically after each payroll run.
Instant deferral updates
When an employee changes their 401(k) contribution percentage in Human Interest, Warp reflects the change in the next payroll automatically. No reconciliation needed.
Accurate employer matching
Warp calculates employer match contributions based on your plan's formula and includes them in the sync to Human Interest. Everything stays perfectly reconciled.
Configure
- 1.Go to Settings > Integrations in Warp and select Human Interest
- 2.Click "Connect" and authenticate with your Human Interest admin account
- 3.Warp will automatically sync your employee roster and plan details
- 4.Map your contribution types (pre-tax, Roth, employer match)
- 5.Enable automatic deductions. Warp will calculate and deduct contributions every pay period
- 6.Human Interest receives employee data and contributions automatically
