Overview

Set up takes less than 5 minutes. Once connected, every payroll run automatically creates journal entries in QuickBooks.

How it works

Zero manual data entry

After every payroll run, Warp automatically creates detailed journal entries in QuickBooks. Wages, employer taxes, employee deductions, and benefits are all recorded with the correct account codes.

Granular expense tracking

Map payroll expenses by department, location, or custom QuickBooks classes. Get detailed P&L reports that show exactly where your labor costs are going.

Always reconciled

Your books stay up to date automatically. Payroll liabilities, tax payments, and bank transfers sync in real-time, so reconciliation is effortless.
