How it works

ICHRA lets you give employees a fixed allowance to buy their own health insurance. They choose the plan that fits their needs, and you control your budget.
Automatic payroll sync
When employees enroll or change plans, Warp automatically updates payroll deductions. Premium reimbursements are calculated and paid through regular payroll.
Compliance handled
Thatch manages ICHRA compliance, affordability calculations, and required notices. Warp ensures deductions and reimbursements are processed correctly.
Configure
- 1.Go to Settings > Integrations in Warp
- 2.Select Thatch and authorize the connection
- 3.Your employee roster syncs automatically
- 4.Configure ICHRA allowance amounts by employee class
- 5.Employees select their own health plans through Thatch
- 6.Deductions and reimbursements flow through payroll automatically
