Overview
Connect Ashby to automatically create employee records when candidates are hired. All their information flows from ATS to payroll.
How it works
When a candidate accepts an offer in Ashby, Warp automatically creates their employee record with all the details from the offer letter—name, email, salary, title, department, and start date.
New hires receive onboarding tasks immediately after accepting their offer. No delay between hiring in Ashby and starting payroll setup in Warp.
Keep hiring data in sync between your ATS and payroll system. Changes to start dates or compensation in Ashby automatically update in Warp.
Configure
- 1.Go to Settings > Integrations in Warp
- 2.Select Ashby and authenticate with your admin account
- 3.Choose which Ashby hiring stages trigger employee creation
- 4.Map Ashby fields to Warp employee attributes
- 5.Configure which offer details to sync (salary, title, start date)
- 6.Enable automatic sync and begin onboarding new hires seamlessly
